Online Booking & Refund Policy
The Company offers convenient online booking services through its Website on a prepaid basis. Upon successful booking, a customer care representative may contact you to confirm the appointment details including the selected tests, scheduled time slot and technician information.
Users may choose to reschedule their appointment by contacting the customer support centre during working hours.
In the event of non-availability of services or preferred time slots, users may cancel the booking through the Website or by contacting the customer support centre. A booking may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled sample collection time. Once the sample has been collected by the technician, the order shall not be eligible for cancellation.
Upon successful cancellation of a prepaid order, the applicable amount shall be refunded to the original source of payment within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation. In case of partial cancellation, users are required to inform the customer support team to initiate the refund process for the eligible portion of the order.
